Ibanez Joe Satriani Signature JS140M Electric Guitar – Soda Blue
Ibanez Joe Satriani Signature JS140M Electric Guitar – Soda Blue. The JS140M is a JS series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2020. It is a signature model of American guitarist Joe Satriani. It is produced in Indonesia as an entry-level JS model.
The JS140M replaced the JS140 which was discontinued after the 2019 model year. The only significant differences between the two are the fretboard material (JS140 was rosewood or jatoba) and the finish.
The JS140M features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with black dot position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups with a Quantum humbucker at the bridge and an Infinity RD single-coil sized humbucker at the neck, an Edge Zero II double locking tremolo bridge and Ibanez tuning machines.
