Product Information
Most products offered on the Site are available in selected Diamu affiliated stores/sellers/manufacturers throughout Bangladesh. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the availability of each product. We attempt to display all products shown on the Site in an accurate manner; however, because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape and color of the products.
However, prices and availability may vary. Product availability may subject to low/out of stock, due to shipping congestion at port. We recommend you to CONTACT US to check stock availability before placing your order. Some prices/shipping cost offered on the site may vary based on your location. Price and availability are subject to change without notice and we do not guarantee that the product(s) you order will be available during the entire time it takes to process your order.
Stock Availability
In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or phone as soon as possible. We will also offer you a choice of either waiting until the product becomes available again or canceling your order and receiving a full refund.
N.B. We do not warrant for the stock availability of any of the product you see on our website. So, we strongly recommend you to Contact Us before making any purchase/transaction decision. If you can’t reach us, we will suggest you to place order selecting CASH ON DELIVERY. We generally will call you for confirmation within 24 hours.
Pre-Ordering Products
At times, we may offer pre-order options for upcoming products. Please note that pre-ordering products does not guarantee stock availability. We will inform you by email or phone if the product becomes unavailable and offer you a full refund if you choose to cancel your order.
Processing Time
Once you have placed an order, we will process the order as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the exact date your product(s) will be shipped, especially during high volume periods such as during holiday seasons.
Product Delivery
If a product is out of stock during the delivery process, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide an estimated date when the product will be available again. We will also offer you the option to cancel your order or wait until the product becomes available again.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether, including but not limited to prohibiting sales to resellers.
Orders for Backordered Products
If you purchase a product that is backordered, we will inform you of the expected date it will become available. Your order will be processed as soon as possible after the product becomes available, and we will inform you by email once the product has been shipped.

WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty covered by products shall be claimed under below conditions within the warranty period.
- Official Warranty: Provided by Official Brands/Distributors.
- Local Seller Warranty: Provided by local seller and is valid under return policy.
- International Warranty: Provided by International Sellers.
N.B. Warranty reclamation period may extend from 10 days to 90 days for products under international warranty.
Warranty terms
- For products that are received via courier or not checked in front of delivery man, please create an unboxing video from unwrapping the package, in order to present as an evidence for warranty claim.
