Description

Tonight’s band brings a drum kit, horns and singers who each want their own monitor mix. The M32 LIVE meets them with 32 Midas PRO microphone preamps and 16 XLR outputs. Phantom power of +48 V switches per input. Its 100 scenes recall preamps and faders, so the next act starts from its own setup.

Stage boxes and personal mixes over cable

The two AES50 ports transmit up to 96 channels in and out over shielded Ethernet cables. Remote stage boxes connect there, with their gain set from the console. The ULTRANET connector sends 16 channels to a personal monitoring system; it supplies no power.

Big groups under one hand

Eight DCA groups control the volume of several channels with a single fader. Six mute groups each have a dedicated button, and assignable controls put your most-used functions within reach.

The performance, kept on cards

The built-in DN32-LIVE card sends up to 32 channels to and from a computer over USB 2.0. It also records up to 32 channels to SD/SDHC cards. Two 32 GB SDHC cards hold up to 200 minutes of 32-channel, 32-bit audio at 44.1 kHz.
