Once we receive the item/product you returned, please allow us a maximum timeline of 5-10 business days for the item to be verified/validate and processed in our Returns Department. The original price of the item/product(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment. This refund policy is applicable for certain products if they meet all return condition as mentioned in Return Policy.

Terms for Refund

  1. For the case of product running out of stock, Refund process will initiate between 48 hours after cancellation of your order for that product.
  2. We do not refund any discounted/cashback amount that you avail during transaction.
  3. Outbound shipping fees paid, payment gateway charges, or other transaction charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Request

Once your returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
