SurroundSense ANC

ANC (active noise cancellation) utilizes integrated microphones to hear and filter out any distracting ambient sounds, leaving you alone with your music, podcasts, or calls. Closing out the world might be ideal at the office on in a crowded gym, but biking or running on the street requires that you stay aware of traffic and your surroundings. Jaybird’s SurroundSense technology uses wind-guarded mics to not just let the world back in, but it amplifies these sounds to optimize safety. A simple double-tap of the earbuds lets you switch between the two modes easily.

Charging Case

On a full charge, the Vista 2 earbuds give you up to 8 hours of playback, but the included charging case delivers 16 hours more. Simply slide the earbuds into the case and close the lid to begin the recharging process. The case is IP54 weatherproof rated, so it can withstand a splash or rain, and it can be recharged either via the included USB Type-C cable or an (optional) wireless charging pad. The case also has a MIL-STD-810G rating for protection from cold temperatures, shock, and drops.

Quick Charge

If you’re in a rush, a quick 5-minute charge in the case gives the earbuds up to 1 hour of playback time.

Four Beamforming Mics

When paired with a Bluetooth-compatible smartphone, the Vista 2 headphones can let you make hands-free calls via four beamforming mics. The beamforming technology focuses the mics on your voice to optimize clarity. Clarity that’s also enhanced by Jaybird’s WindDefense fabric exterior, which blocks voice interference and noise in windy conditions.

Jaybird App

Control the features and audio quality of your Vista 2 earbuds easily via the Jaybird app for iOS and Android. Through the app you can create and adjust EQ presets or use Personal EQ to generate settings based on your hearing. Other features include Find My Buds to track your earbuds if they are misplaced, customize button functions, auto-off, voice prompt, and more.
