The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.78-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels (QHD+) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm SM8650-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (4 nm) processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The iQOO Neo 10 5G runs Android 15, OriginOS 5 and is powered by a Si/C 6100 mAh, non-removable battery. It supports 120W wired charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO Neo 10 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera, and an 8-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.
The iQOO Neo 10 5G runs OriginOS 4 is based on Android 15 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. This is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The iQOO Neo 10 5G measures 162.9 x 75.4 x 8 mm (6.41 x 2.97 x 0.31 in) and weighs 199 grams. It was launched in Black, White, Orange Soul colors.
