Diamu.com.bd is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you have a need to consider the terms of return and refund policy, you likely ordered a product from us or you’re about to place an order. That means we owe you a “Thank You!” If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. We accept return of products that are that are unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. We strongly recommend you to read the whole return policy carefully if you’re about to make a purchase.

How to return a product?
If you want to return your product, you have 3 business days after item delivery, to submit a complaint / request for return. If your product meets all the conditions, return process will be initiated by calling our customer care service.
We offer 10 days replacement warranty for electronics products. If the delivered product is wrong, faulty (have manufacturing fault/hardware issue), then we will arrange a return and replace the product.
N.B. Replacement depends on the availability of stock.
Steps to Return
- Check, if the product delivered fills up all return conditions.
- Call our Customer Care Service
Contact Nowfor placing return request.
- Fill up the Return form given with the invoice. (optional)
- Share some snap/photos of the delivered product with our return department.
- Please ship it back to our address in the original outer box that it came in, or something sturdy that won’t get crushed in transit.
- Your returned product will go through quality check to ensure return conditions.
- You will get the return if validated by diamu.com.bd return department.
N.B. We advise to keep a video of unwrapping the product and condition of the product that you just received. Then share with the return department to initiate a quick return.
Time to Return
From returning to replacement of any product may take 5-12 business days. For products under warranty terms and clauses, it may take 7-20 business days due to multiple validation steps.
Conditions for return
The product must include the original tags (hand tag, brand tag or other tags that come with the product), user manual, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity and accessories. Please Make sure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, not altered and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. Return the product in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Please check the following return conditions for a physical product.
Clothing / fashion
Return for clothing or fashion items is possible if
- Product delivered is not same as shown/advertised in product description.
- Product delivered is torn, used or having a faulty condition (e.g. sewing, mismatched sizing) [see N.B. 2]
- The product’s color is not one which you ordered or a wrong color was delivered.
N.B.
- We do not issue return for fashion products that are on sale/flash sale/clearance sale.
- Manufacturing defect/fault conditions (e.g. sewing, mismatched sizing) will also not qualify for return if the product is on sale/flash sale/clearance sale.
- We do not issue refund for clothing / fashion items. Only exchange is possible if conditions are met. “Change of mind” / “no longer needed” will not be considered for a return.
Gadgets, Electronics, Stationery, Fashion Accessories, Health and Beauty, Gifts
Return for Gadgets, Electronics, Stationery, Fashion Accessories, Health and Beauty, Gifts is possible if
- Product delivered is damaged (physically destroyed or broken)
- Product delivered is defective (faulty or manufacturing defect) condition
- Product delivered is incorrect (not as advertised)
- Product delivered is incomplete (missing parts/accessories)
- The original packaging (Box, Label, Poly, Instruction Manual etc.) of the product was kept intact (Not the packaging provided by Diamu)

Return for music items is possible if
- Product delivered is physically destroyed or broken
- Product delivered is defective (faulty) condition

Return for home appliance and other products ordered from this website is possible if
